Step 1: Open MT5 and Go to Tools
Step 2: Select Options
Step 3: Select Expert Advisors
Step 4:Â Enable the following fields
Step 5: Add the following News API in MetaTrader MT5 to the list of URLs and then click OK

Step 6: Drag your MT5 EA on the chart and adjust the Inputs as per your requirements.
Check “Allow algorithmic Trading”
Check “Allow DLL imports”
- The News Filter does not work during backtesting MT5.

- The News Filter fetches data from https://forexfactory.com/calendar
- The News Filter works on Demo and Real accounts.
