Refund & Returns Policy

At 4xpip.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), we provide digital products, including forex indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), scripts, and similar software (“Products”). This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our practices regarding refunds and returns.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to and accept the terms of this policy.

Scope and Definitions

Digital Products: Software or digital content delivered electronically (downloadable files, scripts, indicators, EAs, etc.).
Consumer: An individual purchasing Products for personal, non-commercial use.
Business Customer: A company or individual purchasing Products for business or commercial use.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. This is known as the right of withdrawal.

However, for digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase (such as downloads), this right may expire once the download or access begins — provided that the consumer was informed of this and agreed to immediate delivery.

By purchasing a digital product on this site and confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree that:

      • You understand the product is delivered digitally and immediately after payment.
      • Your right of withdrawal expires once the product begins downloading or is accessed.
      • You therefore waive your statutory 14-day cancellation period for digital delivery.

If you do not agree with this, you must not complete the purchase.

When Refunds Are Possible

While returns are not possible for digital products once delivered, we offer refunds in specific cases where the Product does not work as described.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

      1. The Product cannot be used as described on the product page.
      2. There is a technical defect that prevents installation or function, and
      3. You have provided reasonable evidence of the issue (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

Refunds do not apply for issues caused by:

      • Incorrect usage outside provided instructions
      • Modifications made by the purchaser
      • Third-party interference (platform issues, broker platform settings)
      • Change of mind or strategy preference

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

        • Email used for purchase
        • Product name

      3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Refund Approval and Processing

If your refund request is approved:

✔ You will receive a confirmation email
✔ Refund will be issued to the original payment method
✔ Refund processing can take up to 14 calendar days depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund amounts:

      • Only the product price is refundable
      • Bank transfer fees, merchant fees, or other processing fees are not refundable

Technical Support Does Not Equal Refund

We provide technical support and installation help for all Products.
Support does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If the issue is due to a bug or defect in the Product, a refund may be considered per Section 3.

No Returns for Digital Products

Because these are digital items delivered electronically (no physical goods), returns/exchanges are not accepted once the purchase is completed and the Product is delivered or accessed.

Updates and Improvements

We may improve or update a Product over time.
Product updates do not automatically trigger a refund unless the updated version impairs functionality compared to the description at purchase.

Limitations and Exceptions

This policy applies only to Products purchased from 4xpip.com.

This policy does not cover:

      • Third-party products or APIs used
      • Products purchased from external marketplaces
      • Services, consulting or non-software offerings
